A. Introduction

Welcome to Nerds.ae referred to as "we," "us," or "our". By using our website, www.nerds.ae, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. B. Scope of Services Provided

  1. WIFI and Network Issues: We diagnose and resolve issues related to WIFI and network connectivity. We strive to resolve issues to the best of our ability. However, due to factors outside our control, such as service provider limitations and hardware compatibility, we do not guarantee that all issues will be fully resolved.
  2. Internet Speed Issues: We address and improve issues related to internet speed. We aim to improve internet speed where possible based on the configuration and settings we can control. We cannot guarantee specific speed improvements as they may be influenced by external factors such as ISP limitations and network congestion.
  3. Virus and Malware Removal: We remove viruses and malware from your devices. Our virus and malware removal services are designed to eliminate known threats from your devices. We do not guarantee that all threats will be removed, nor do we guarantee that the device will be free from future infections.
  4. Laptop/Computer Repair: We provide repair services for laptops and computers, hardware-related. We will make every effort to repair your laptop or computer based on the symptoms and issues reported. However, we cannot guarantee that all problems will be resolved, or that repairs will restore the device to its original condition.
  5. Mobile Phone/Tablet Repair: We offer repair services for mobile phones and tablets. While we aim for high-quality repairs, we cannot guarantee that all issues will be fixed, nor that the device will function as it did prior to the problem.
  6. Data Backup and Transfer: We perform data backup and transfer services. We will perform these services with due diligence. However, we do not guarantee that all data will be successfully backed up or transferred, and we are not liable for any data loss that may occur during the process.
  7. Security and Privacy Concerns: We assist with improving the security and privacy of your data. We offer advice and services to improve security and privacy. While we use best practices, we cannot guarantee complete security or privacy, and we are not liable for breaches or data compromises.
  8. Setting Up New Devices: We set up and configure new devices for you. We will set up new devices according to standard procedures. However, we do not guarantee that the devices will operate exactly as intended due to variations in hardware, software, and user environment.

C. Service Requests and Acceptance

Service requests must be submitted through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email. Acceptance of service requests will be confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to review and approve requests based on availability and capacity.

D. Your Responsibilities

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our Site or services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices. Activities that are contrary to the laws of the United Arab Emirates are specifically prohibited.

E. Payment and Fees

  • Invoice and Payment: Upon receipt of your request, we will issue a pro forma invoice. Work will commence upon your agreement to the pro forma invoice. Payment will be due upon completion and delivery of the services. Payment can be finalized by cash or card payment.
  • Refunds: If you request a refund for a service, we will review your request within 72 hours. We will respond to you regarding the acceptance of your request. If your request is deemed valid, the refund will be processed and provided to you via cash or bank transfer.

F. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on our Site are the property of Nerd Herd IT Solution (registered in Dubai Government) or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

G. Privacy and Data Protection

H. Limitation of Liability

  1. Disclaimer: Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. However, due to the nature of technology and external factors beyond our control, we do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, hardware damage, network issues, or any other form of loss.
  2. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the specific services provided by Nerds.ae. Any issues or claims arising outside the scope of Nerds.ae services will be addressed only in relation to the service you requested. If you consider your data to be important, you must inform us in advance. Additionally, if your device has any other hardware issues, you must notify us beforehand.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. Your continued use of our Site or services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

J. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our Site or services will be resolved in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
